AWS Resource Tag Manager

Bring your organization's tagging posture into compliance in minutes! Rapidly discover resources out of compliance of your tagging strategy. Edit resource tags en-masse across accounts, regions, and services simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Enable Resource Explorer in AWS Organizational account

Commands

AWS Resource Tag Manager scans your AWS environment for resources and their tags. You can then select any number of resources and either add or remove tags.

  • Scan Environment for Resources: Begin by running the Collect Resources command to populate your System dataset.
  • Add Tag:  Select any number of resources to tag. Supply a key and value for the new tag.
  • Remove Tag: Select any number of resources to remove a tag. Supply a tag key to be removed.
