Events coming out of RSC can be overly verbose or redundant (in that they constantly repeat at regular intervals). E1 allows you to handle this data exactly how you want. Our customer wanted to consolidate the thousands of event messages every 12 hours into a unique Zendesk ticket for each affected cluster.
