An Automation Lab is a brief exercise where the E1 Team partners with the Customer Team to build a custom tailored demo of how Echelon One can be used to automatically solve high-value customer problems going forward.
An E1 Automation Lab typically includes the following:
- Problem Statement Scoping
- Initial Solution Build-out
- Feedback Loop with the customer ensuring a high-quality outcome
- Demonstration of how to solve your high-impact use case(s) using Echelon One
- Debrief Presentation with Leadership
Though it may depend on system access and other factors, most exercises are completed in under 3 weeks.
